Marc Facciotti is a professor of Biomedical Engineering, and is one of the Facility Directors of the UC Davis TEAM (Translating Engineering Advances to Medicine) Lab at UC Davis, a maker-space that empowers researchers to take their health or life-improving ideas and make them into a reality. Professor Facciotti is the principal investigator for a $1 million grant awarded by The Howard Hughes Medical Institute to UC Davis to use software, data and personal networking among faculty and staff professionals to create a more inclusive educational environment engaged in ongoing improvement.
